If you have been on the site for more than five minutes, you know that Guard Well Defense largely follows the teachings of Chris Ranck-Buhr, founder of Injury Dynamics (ID) based in San Diego. ID has only been around a couple of years and for about fifteen years before that, Chris was the primary instructor for Target Focus Training (TFT). In my humble opinion, every generation produces a handful of gifted teachers and Chris certainly falls into that category. The attached document is something Chris wrote to explain ID.
