Having a background in Wing Chun I really enjoy training on the Wing Chun Dummy. It just so happens that striking in Injury Dynamics lends itself well to training on the WC Dummy. A word of warning though, don't start whacking the dummy until have done some sand bag training (see the blog post on pounding sand or send me an email with your questions). If you jump right into dummy whacking you will just suffer bruised arms. A few weeks of sand bag training for 10-15 minutes a day should do the trick. The strikes here are attacks in response to a thrown fist. Each technique responds to a thrown punch on the right and left.
