practice slowly to ingrain accuracy--"slow is smooth and smooth is fast." It stands to reason that if you practice 800 times slowly and accurately on the mats, when you walk among the masses you will stand a much greater chance of success in hitting what you are trying to destroy in your opponent. The old shooting adage, "slow is smooth, and smooth is fast" holds true for fighting with your hands as well.
