Shirt Grabs. He grabs you with one hand to clock you with the other...

There are lots of ways to contend with a shirt grab. An immediate attack to the eyes, throat, or groin will work well. But here we will look at two other options as taught by Target Focus Training and Injury Dynamics that involve breaking the elbow. For both, the important point is to "pin" his hand to your body as you execute the break. If his arm is floating around, you won't get the leverage you need.
