When we experience unexpected violence we enter the "survival arc" of disbelief; deliberation; action. With the speed of a super computer, our brains go through our list of experiences to achieve a solution - and get to action. About six hours of instruction will imprint those experiences to even the odds should you ever find yourself in the fight of your life. We will look at what works in violence; targets and structure when striking; combinations and free practice. Drawn from the teachings of Chris Ranck-Buhr, founder of Injury Dynamics, you will have a basis for dealing with violence.
