When an antagonist has a knife...

Nothing is more dangerous than the human mind. As long as an antagonist can think, he can be lethal. In Injury Dynamics we focus on getting the injury rather than on the weapon itself. In the below video example, I would suggest that the person who committed the violence waited longer than he should have under the circumstances. But when he decided to attack he went for the injury as opposed to an attempted knife disarm or overly focusing on the knife itself. Focusing on the knife is a natural human tendency. Learn to focus on the injury through mat work and visualization.
